Eman Ibrahim Youssef is a Physiotherapist at HealthPlus with four years of experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation. She specialises in musculoskeletal and spine rehabilitation, orthopaedic and post-operative care, sports injury rehabilitation, women’s health physiotherapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and pre- and post-natal care. She is also experienced in using advanced treatment techniques, including biofeedback, electrotherapy, dry needling, kinesio taping, and myofascial release.

Eman earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sharjah, UAE. She is licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi and holds several professional certifications, including Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Certified Clinical Dry Needling, Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, Certified Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Specialist, and certification in Myofascial Release Techniques.

Throughout her career, Eman has designed and delivered evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient’s condition and recovery goals. She has experience using gait analysis and biofeedback technologies to support personalised treatment planning. She has also participated in multidisciplinary clinical audits and case discussions with orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, spine specialists, and obstetrics and gynaecology specialists to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Eman is passionate about patient education and develops personalised home exercise and post-discharge rehabilitation programmes to support long-term recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury.

Before joining HealthPlus, Eman worked as a Physiotherapist in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from 2023 to 2026.
