Sara Alsafadi is a Clinical Psychologist at HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center and has more than 7 years of experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the university of Jordan. She specializes in treating post-traumatic stress disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders and other mental health issues.

Throughout her career, she has taken various courses on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive behavioral Therapy and more to expand her knowledge in the field.

Prior to joining HealthPlus, Sara worked at various facilities in UAE and Jordan where she served as a clinical psychologist, lecturer and academic advisor. Her goal is to provide the right support to patients and work hand in hand with patients to achieve psychological well-being.
