Biography

Dr. Samer Rahmeh is a Ophthalmology Specialist at HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center. He has over 12 years of experience in many leading medical organizations in UAE and Syria. Dr. Samer has special interest in retina and diabetic retinopathy.

Dr. Samer earned his medical degree from Damascus University, Syria, 2001. He is certified by the Arab board of medical specialization in ophthalmology CABO, and has a fellowship from international medical council of ophthalmology in United Kingdom FICO. He is a member of European Society of Retina Specialists since 2014, and a member of Syrian Ophthalmological Society since 2008.
